Jackie Stackpole, MS, CRC, CCM, ATP, CEAS, CHCQM

Ms. Jackie Stackpole is a Rehabilitation Counselor with four years of medical and vocational case management experience in both hospital and disability insurance environments. She earned an undergraduate degree in Communication Studies from Furman University in 2007 and went onto earn a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Georgia State University in 2011. Jackie achieved Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) in 2011 and Certified Case Manager (CCM) in 2013.

She began her rehabilitation counseling career at Shepherd Center and completed a graduate clinical internship from 2010 to 2011, providing vocational counseling and medical care coordination to patients with traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries during the hospitalization, as well as post-discharge. After completion of the internship, Jackie joined The Hartford as a Rehabilitation Case Manager, providing vocational counseling, case management, expert transferable skills and vocational employability analysis to the long term disability claims staff. She expanded her practice to inpatient case management at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital from 2011 to 2014, providing medical case management and discharge planning to patients with traumatic brain injuries, orthopedic injuries, amputations and major multiple trauma.

In 2014, Jackie achieved the designation of Board Certified in Healthcare and Quality Management. She joined Exceptional Case Services in 2014 as a Vocational and Medical Consultant.

Jackie is currently a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), Workers Compensation Claims Professionals (WCCP), the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Professionals (ABQAURP), the Jacksonville Claims Association and the National Association Of Professional Women (NAPW).
