Lisa H. Anderson, MS, CRC, CVE, CLCP, CEAS, ATP

Lisa Anderson, Vice-President and Supervisor of Vocational Services, is a rehabilitation consultant practicing in the field of private rehabilitation since 1990. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from East Carolina University and went on to earn a dual Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Vocational Evaluation. She has since completed a post graduate program, in Life Care Planning, through the University of Florida. Lisa is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE), and a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP). She has obtained the designation of Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. Ms. Anderson reviews the medical files of the consultants, for return to work and vocational education of the consultants, as part of quality assurance.

Throughout her practice, Lisa has provided coordination of care, Vocational Evaluations, Vocational Assessments, Reemployment Assessments, Transferable Skills Analyses, Labor Market Surveys, Job Search and Job Placement services, Loss of Earning Capacity Analyses, Job Analysis, Ergonomic Assessments, Life Care Planning Services and Medical Cost Projections.

She is proficient in expert testimony and trial preparation services as a Vocational Expert. In 2004, she started CaseVantage, Inc., providing quality case management and consulting services, as well as vocational and life care planning services throughout the State of Florida. In January 2011 CaseVantage, inc., merged with Exceptional Case Services, Inc. Lisa has taken on the role of Vice President and Supervisor of Vocational Services.

She is a member of the Jacksonville Claims Association, the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), the Workers Compensation Claims Professionals (WCCP) and the National Association Of Professional Women (NAPW). She has served in various roles with IARP throughout the years, including Florida Board Member, Northeast Florida President and Ethics Committee.
